All papers must be presented in person. If, for any reason, authors of a paper are unable to attend the conference, they
should arrange for someone else to deliver the talk, present the demo, or showcase the poster on their behalf. In those
cases, please contact the program chair of your track/workshop.
General Information
Applies to the ACM MMSys research track:
- Each oral presentation is allocated a 20-minute slot, which includes time for both the presentation and the Q&A session.
- There will be a computer available for presentations, however presenters can also use their laptops for presentations. Please test your presentation before your session.
Best Paper Award Selection Criteria
This year, the best paper and best student paper awards will be conferred to the author(s) of a paper presented at the
main conference. A dedicated committee will select the winners from a shortlist of preselected candidates by the
Technical Program Chairs.
The final selection will consider both the paper quality (evaluated by originality, technical depth, and contribution to
the field of the paper), and the oral presentation quality (evaluated during the conference based on clarity,
engagement, and delivery)
